[0003] Description of Related Art [0004] In general, for makeup, various types of cosmetics with various functions and states are selected and used depending on a user's preference or skin characteristics. [0005] Such cosmetics generally have various states such as liquid, powder, gel, and solidified cosmetics. In particular, liquid or gel contents such as lotion, essence, or skin cream, and eye cream except solid contents such as powder or blush are packaged in various shapes of cosmetic containers . [0006] The cosmetic container includes an outer container having an internal space, and a lid for opening and closing a top of the outer container, wherein the lid has a discharge device for discharging contents, and the discharge device is connected to an airless pump . [0007] In addition, a filling container in which the contents are stored is inserted into the outer container and connected to the discharging device installed at an inner side of the lid, so that the user can discharge a predetermined amount of contents from the cosmetic container to a use. [0008] As a convenient filling cosmetic container as described above, the Korean utility model with registration number 20-0405326 has been disclosed. According to the related art, an inner container is mounted inside an outer container, and a finishing cap is coupled to a lower portion of the outer container, wherein an elastic locking piece is provided on a side surface of the finishing cap, and the finishing cap is attached to the bottom portion of the outer container in a one-touch pattern by the elastic locking piece. Under the above-mentioned configuration, the inner container filled in the outer container can be securely mounted and held in the outer container, and a structure of the finishing cap is improved so that the inner container can be filled more easily. convenient for use. [0009] However, in a case of the conventional refill cosmetic container, when all the contents stored in the inner container are used up and a refill container needs to be replaced, the finishing cap must be removed from the outer container. In this case, since the finishing cap is inserted into a lower side of the outer container, it is not easy to separate the finishing cap from the outer container, which makes it difficult to replace the inner container. [0010] Also, as a conventional filling cosmetic container, the Korean patent with the registration number 10-1252115 has been disclosed. [0081] The second rotation raising/lowering member 64 may be formed in a bottom surface thereof with a vertical through hole 64e, the rotation limiting portion 44 of the fixing member 40 may pass through the through hole vertical 64e, and a rotation range of the second rotation lifting/lowering member 64 can be limited by the vertical through hole 64e and the rotation limiting part 44. [0082] In detail, the rotation limiting part 44 of the fixing member 40 passes through the vertical through hole 64e of the second rotation raising/lowering member 64, in which the second rotation raising/lowering member 64 can rotate. integrally with the first rotational raising/lowering member 62 while the fixing member 40 is attached to an inner side of the fixing guide member 20, and a length of the vertical through hole 64e may be greater than a width of the rotation limiting part 44, so that when the second rotation raising/lowering member 64 is rotated, both side walls of the vertical through hole 64e can be locked to the rotation limiting part 44, which limits the rotational range of the second rotational raising/lowering member 64 to a predetermined level. [0083] In addition, a seat protrusion 64f may project outward from a top of the second rotational raising/lowering member 64 so as to seat on the seating rim 62f of the first rotational raising/lowering member. 62, and the seating protrusion 64f may be formed on an inner side thereof with at least one friction protrusion insertion groove 64g. [0084] Further, a rotation shaft 66 having a rod shape may extend from one side of the second rotation lifting/lowering member 64, and the discharge member moving plate 90 may be coupled, so as to be able to rotate, to the rotating shaft 66. [0085] In the drawings of the cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention, although the rotating lifting/lowering member 60 is shown as being divided into the first rotating lifting/lowering member 62 and the second rotating lifting/lowering member /rotational lowering 64 which are coupled to each other, the embodiments are not limited thereto, and the first rotational raising/lowering member 62 and the second rotational raising/lowering member 64 can be formed in one piece, that is to say configured together. [0086] The lifting/lowering member 70 can be inserted into the rotating lifting/lowering member 60 so as to be moved vertically up and down by the rotating lifting/lowering member 60. [0087] As shown in Figure 2, the raise/lower member 70 may be provided at a center thereof with an insert ring 72 fitted to an outer side of the central insert pipe 64a of the second rotation raising/lowering member 64, and may be formed at an inner periphery thereof with a rotation limiting groove 74 into which the rotation limiting portion 44 of the fixing member 40 is inserted. Therefore, the lifting/lowering member 70 can be moved vertically up and down the fixing member 40 without being rotated according to the second rotating lifting/lowering member 64. [0088] In addition, a fixing rod 76 for guiding an axial direction of rotation of the discharging member moving plate 90 may extend upward from an upper side of the lifting/lowering member 70, and a part block 78 for blocking a discharge port 82 of the discharge member 80 may be provided at an upper side of the raising/lowering member 70. In other words, the fixing rod 76 may be inserted into a bottom of the relief member moving plate 90 to control a direction of rotation of the relief member moving plate 90 so that the relief member moving plate 90 can be axially rotated around the rotation shaft 66 of the second rotation lifting/lowering member 64, and the locking portion 78 may be configured as a long curved rod provided along a circumference of the second rotation lifting/lowering member 64 to block the hole discharge 82 from the discharge member 80. [0089] Further, a friction projection 79 may be projected outward from a top of the raising/lowering member 70 so as to be inserted into a friction projection insertion groove 64g of the second raising/lowering member. 64. In detail, the friction protrusion 79 can be inserted into a friction protrusion insertion groove 64g formed in the second rotational up/down member 64, can be pressed against an inner wall of the second rotational rotation lifting/lowering 64, which is rotated when the rotation operation cap 50 is rotated, so as to be bent, and can be elastically inserted into another friction protrusion insertion groove 64g when the second rotational lift/lower 64 rotates a predetermined distance. Therefore, an operation feel of the rotation operation cap 50 can be improved. [0090] Discharge member 80 may be used to discharge the contents housed in container body 12 to the exterior. [0091] As shown in Fig. 2, the relief member 80 may include a relief portion 82 and a guide portion 84 for guiding the relief portion 82 so that the relief portion 82 can move horizontally and linearly, which are coupled to each other. [0092] The relief portion 82 may be rotated by the second rotational raising/lowering member 64 so as to laterally deviate from the blocking portion 78 of the raising/lowering member 70 or so as to be hidden from view. inside the blocking part 78, and can be pushed by the discharge member moving plate 90 so as to be inserted into the push button 100 or protrude out of the push button 100. As shown in Fig. Fig. 3, the third content discharge passage 82a may be formed on an inner side of the discharge portion 82, a discharge port 86 may be formed at one end of the third content discharge passage 82a, a third discharge hole 82c may be formed at a bottom of the third content discharge passage 82a on an opposite side of the discharge port 86, and an operation projection 82d may be protruded from a top of the discharge part 82. [0093] In addition, the guide portion 84 can be fitted to outer sides of the center insertion pipe 64a and the second contents discharge pipe 64b of the second rotational up/down member 64 so as to rotate integrally with the second member. lifting/lowering rotation 64. The guide part 84 may be formed on one side thereof with a relief portion insertion ring 84a into which the relief portion 82 is fitted, and the The discharging portion insertion 84a may be formed at a lower portion thereof with a connection hole 84c connected to the second content discharging passage 64c of the second rotation lifting/lowering member 64. The guide portion 84 may be formed at a lower portion thereof with a first coupling protrusion wheel 84b coupled to an upper portion of the central insertion pipe 64a of the second rotating lifting/lowering member 64 while covering the upper portion of the central insertion pipe 64a, and a second coupling protrusion wheel 84d coupled to an upper portion of the second contents discharge pipe 64b of the second rotational raising/lowering member 64 while covering the upper portion of the second content discharge pipe 64b. In addition, a guide groove 84e may be formed in an upper portion of the guide part 84 while extending in a direction toward the discharge part insertion ring 84a so as to guide horizontal displacements backward. front and rear of the discharge part 82. [0094] In addition, the relief portion 82 can be inserted into the relief portion insertion ring 84a of the guide portion 84 so as to be moved forward and backward, and when the relief portion 82 moves forward to project out of the push button 100, the third discharge hole 82c of the discharge part 82, the connecting hole 84c of the guide part 84, and the second content discharge passage 64c of the second rotating lifting/lowering member 64 can be connected to each other. [0095] The unloader moving plate 90 can be axially coupled to the rotation shaft 66 of the second rotational raising/lowering member 64 while being connected to the raising/lowering member 70 and the discharge 80 so as to move the discharge member 80 horizontally and linearly. As shown in Fig. 2, the discharge member moving plate 90 may be configured as a semi-circular plate, and is preferably located on an inner side of the push button 100 and portions upper parts of the second rotational lifting/lowering member 64, lifting/lowering member 70, and unloading member 80 for smooth operation. [0096] As shown in Figure 6, the discharge member moving plate 90 may have a rotation shaft hole 92 axially coupled to the rotation shaft 66 of the rotation raising/lowering member 60, an operation projection insertion groove 94 into which the operation projection 82d of the discharge member 80 is inserted, and a fixing rod insertion groove 96 into which the fixing rod 76 of the lifting/lowering device 70 is inserted. In this case, the operation protrusion insertion groove 94 may extend horizontally so that the operation protrusion 82d can fluctuate within the operation protrusion insertion groove 94, and the Fixing rod insertion groove 96 is preferably bent (folded back) at a middle thereof so that relief member moving plate 90 can axially rotate around rotation shaft 66. [0097] In detail, when the second rotation lifting/lowering member 64 is rotated by the rotation operation cap 50, the discharge member moving plate 90 can move along the rotation shaft 66 of the second rotational raising/lowering member 64. In this case, as shown in Figures 7 and 8, the fixing rod 76 of the lifting/lowering member 70 is fitted in the fixing rod insertion groove 96 of the relief member moving plate 90, so that the relief member moving plate 90 can be axially rotated toward a center of the rotation shaft 66 by the fixing rod 76. At the same time , since the operation protrusion 82d of the relief member 80 is inserted into the operation protrusion insertion groove 96 of the relief member moving plate 90, the relief member 80 can be pushed by the discharge member moving plate 90 so as to to move linearly forwards or backwards, so that the discharge member 80 can be inserted into the push button 100 or can project out of the push button 100. [0098] The push button 100 can be pressed by the user to actuate the relief device 30, can be at least partially coupled to the first rotation raising/lowering member 62 while being inserted into the rotation operation cap 50, and can move up and down while rotating integrally with the first rotating up/down member 62. [0099] As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the push button 100 may be formed on one side thereof with a discharge portion outlet 102 through which the discharge portion 82 of the discharge member 80 is protruding or is inserted, and a push button attachment groove 104 coupled to the push button attachment projection 62d of the first rotational raising/lowering member 62 can be formed under the discharge portion outlet 102. [0100] As described above, according to the cosmetic container of an embodiment of the present invention, a vertical movement of the push button 100 by the rotation operation of the rotation operation cap 50, a protrusion or insertion of the discharging portion 82, and an opening or closing operation of the first to third content discharging passages 42, 64c, and 82a are automatically performed simultaneously or consecutively, so that the sealing ability inside the container and ease of use can be improved when storing or transporting the container. [0101] Figs. 4 to 11 are views illustrating assembly and working states of the cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention, and a process of assembling and using the cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention. present invention will be described with reference to Figures 4 to 11. [0102] First, the first and second fixing guide members 22 and 24 can be installed in the installation hole 13 of the container body 12. During the insertion of the lower extension protrusion wheel 22d of the first member of attachment guide 22 between the coupling inner wall 12a and the coupling outer wall 12b of the container body 12, the vertical attachment groove 22d-1 and the attachment projection 22d-2 can be coupled to the d vertical clip 12c and the clip groove 12d of the container body 12, respectively, and the second clip guide member 24 can be coupled to the inner side of the first clip guide member 22 while being inserted into the top of the first fixing guide member 22. [0103] Then, during the insertion of the fastener 40 into the second fastener guide member 24, the vertical guide projection 46 of the fastener 40 can be fitted into the vertical guide groove 22e of the first fastener. mounting guide 22. [0104] Then, the rotation operation cap 50 can be rotatably coupled to the outer side of the first fixing guide member 22, and the guide projection 62a of the first rotation lifting/lowering member 62 can be fitted into the spiral guide groove 26 of the fixing guide member 20 while inserting the first rotation lifting/lowering member 62 into the rotation operation cap 50. In this case, the projecting part of seat 62b of the first rotation lifting/lowering member 62 can be seated on the top of the sealing part 54 of the rotation operation cap 50, and the insertion part 62c of the first rotation lifting/lowering member 62 can be inserted into the insertion space 56 of the rotation operation cap 50. [0105] Then, the second rotating lifting/lowering member 64 can be inserted into the first rotating lifting/lowering member 62, and the lifting/lowering member 70 can be coupled to an inner upper portion of the second rotating lifting/lowering member. rotation lowering 64. In this case, while allowing the rotation limiting portion 44 of the fixing member 40 to pass through the vertical through-hole 64e of the second rotation raising/lowering member 64, the projecting part 64f of the second rotational raising/lowering member 64 can be seated on the seating rim 62f of the first rotational raising/lowering member 62, and the insertion ring 72 of the lowering 70 can be adjusted on the outer side of the central insertion pipe 64a of the second rotating lifting/lowering member 64. [0106] Then, the discharge member 80 including the discharge part 82 and the guide part 84 can be coupled to the central insertion pipe 64a and the second contents discharge pipe 64b of the second rotation lifting/lowering member 64. [0107] Then, by axially coupling the relief member moving plate 90 to the second rotational raising/lowering member 64, the relief device moving plate 90 can be connected to the mounting rod 76 of the relief member. lifting/lowering 70 and to the operation projection 82d of the unloading member 80. In other words, the rotation shaft 66 of the second rotating lifting/lowering member 64 can be fitted in the rotation shaft 92 of the second rotation lifting/lowering member 64, the operation protrusion 82d of the relief member 80 can be inserted into the operation protrusion insertion groove 94, and the fixing rod 76 of the raise/lower member 70 can be inserted into the fixing rod insertion groove 96. [0108] Then, while covering an upper portion of the first rotation lifting/lowering member 62 with the push button 100, the push button attachment projection 62d of the first rotation lifting/lowering member 62 can be coupled to the push button attachment groove 104 of push button 100. [0109] Then, the pusher plate 18 can be inserted into the open bottom of the filling container 14, the rotation guide member 16 can be fixedly coupled to the filling container 14, the contents can be filled into the filling container 14 at through the inlet portion 14a of the filling container 14, and the discharge device 30 including the cylinder 31, the suction valve plate 32, the sealing member 33, the vertical displacement member 34, the elastic member 35, the operation discharge pipe 36, and the operation discharge ring 37 can be installed in the inlet part 14a of the filling container 14. In this case, before installing the discharge 30 inside the filling container 14, the sealing ring 38 can be further coupled to the discharge device 30. [0110] Then, the coupling member 14b can be coupled to the outer side of the inlet part 14a of the filling container 14, in which the second anti-rotation projection 14b-1 and the second anti-separation projection wheel 14b-2 of the coupling member 14b can be coupled to the first anti-rotation projection 14a-1 and the first anti-separation projection wheel 14a-2 of the input part 14a, respectively, so that the coupling member 14b can be prevented from rotating relative to fill container 14 or from separating from fill container 14. [0111] Then, as shown in Fig. 4, the container body 12 and the filling container 14, which are separately assembled, can be coupled together, so that the filling container 14 can be coupled by screwing to the open bottom of the container body 12 by rotating the filling container 14 while fully inserting the filling container 14 into the open bottom of the container body 12. [0112] On the other hand, when the contents accommodated in the filling container 14 are exhausted and the filling container 14 needs to be replaced, the filling container 14 whose contents are exhausted can be uncoupled from the container body 12 by taking the rotation handle 16a while the finger is inserted into the finger insertion groove 16b of the rotation guide member 16 and rotating the filling container 14 in one direction, and, as shown in Fig. 5, a new container filler 14 can be coupled to the open bottom of container body 12 by rotating new filler container 14 while inserting new filler container 14 into the open bottom of container body 12. In this case, as shown in Figure 3, the discharge device 30 installed in the filling container 14 can be automatically connected to the fixing guide member 20 installed in the container body 12. [0113] To use the cosmetic container with the convenient filling structure, which is assembled as described above, first, the container body 12 can be taken with one hand, and the rotation operation cap 50 can be taken with the other hand to rotate the rotation operation cap 50 counterclockwise. [0114] When the rotation operation cap 50 is rotated counterclockwise, when the first and second rotation lifting/lowering members 62 and 64 are rotated and raised, the lifting/lowering member 70 , the discharge member 80, the discharge member moving plate 90, and the push button 100 coupled to the upper portions of the first and second rotational lifting/lowering members 62 and 64 can be moved upward, the discharging portion 82 of the discharging member 80 can be horizontally and linearly moved by the discharging member moving plate 90 so as to protrude out of the push button 100, and the first contents discharging passage 42 of the fixing member 40, the second content discharge passage 64c of the second rotational up/down member 64, and the third content discharge passage 82a of the discharge member 80 can be connected to one another. [0115] In detail, when the first rotation lifting/lowering member 62 is rotated by the rotation operation of the rotation operation cap 50 so that the guide projection 62a of the first rotation lifting/lowering member 62 moves upward along the spiral guide groove 26 of the attachment guide member 20, the second rotational raising/lowering member 64 coupled to an upper inner side of the first rotational raising/lowering member 62, the discharge member 80 and the discharge member moving plate 90 coupled to an upper portion of the second rotational lifting/lowering member 64, and the push button 100 coupled to an upper portion of the first lifting/lowering member lowering rotation 62 can rotate integrally so as to be moved upwards. On the other hand, the lifting/lowering member 70 inserted in the upper inner side of the second rotational lifting/lowering member 64 is coupled to the fixing member 40 so as to move vertically and linearly without rotating. [0116] When the second rotating raising/lowering member 64 is rotated as described above, the unloading member moving plate 90 axially coupled to the rotating shaft 66 of the second rotating raising/lowering member 64 can move along the second rotational raising/lowering member 64. In this case, as shown in Fig. 6, the operation projection 82d of the relief member 80 and the fixing rod 76 of the lifting/lowering member 70 are inserted into the operation protrusion insertion groove 94 and the fixing rod insertion groove 96 of the second rotation lifting/lowering member 64, respectively. Therefore, as shown in Figs. 7 and 8, the discharge member moving plate 90 can be axially centered about the rotation shaft 66 of the second rotation raising/lowering member 64 by the fixing rod 76, while the discharge part 82 of the discharge member 80 is pushed by the discharge member moving plate 90 so as to move linearly forward, so that the discharge 82 may protrude through discharge portion 102 outlet of push button 100. [0117] In addition, while the unloading member 80 is rotated according to the second rotational raising/lowering member 64, the raising/lowering member 70 is fitted to the fixing member 40 so as not to be rotated. , so that the discharge port 82, which is hidden behind the blocking part 78 of the lifting member 70, can laterally deviate from the blocking part 78 in order to be exposed to the outside. [0118] Then, when the rotation operation cap 50 is continuously rotated counterclockwise, one end of the vertical through hole 64e of the second rotation lifting/lowering member 64 can be locked to the limiting part. 44 of the fixing member 40, so that the rotation of the second rotational raising/lowering member 64 can stop. At this point, as shown in Fig. 9, the first content discharge passage 42 of the clamp member 40, the second content discharge passage 64c of the second rotational raising/lowering member 64, and the third content discharge passage 82a of the discharge member 80 can be connected to each other. In other words, when the discharge part 82 of the discharge member 80 moves linearly forward, the third discharge hole 82c formed in the discharge part 82 and the connection hole 84c formed in the guides 84, which are not aligned, can correspond to each other, so that the second content discharge passage 64c and the third content discharge passage 82a can be connected to each other . [0119] At the same time, the push button 100 may be exposed at the top of the rotation operation cap 50, and the guide projection 62a of the first rotation lifting/lowering member 62 may be located in the vertical guide groove 22e of the first fixing guide member 22, so that the push button 100 can be pressed. [0120] In this case, the friction projection 79 of the lifting/lowering member 70 can be inserted into a friction projection insertion groove 64g formed in the second rotation lifting/lowering member 64 in a fixed state, can be pressed against an inner wall of the second rotation raising/lowering member 64, which is rotated when the rotation operation cap 50 is rotated, so as to be bent, and can be elastically inserted into another insertion groove friction protrusion 64g when the second rotational lifting/lowering member 64 rotates a predetermined distance. [0121] Then, when the push button 100 is vertically pressed as shown in Fig. 10 to discharge the contents of the cosmetic container, when the first rotational lifting/lowering member 62 coupled with the push button 100 moves upward bottom, the guide projection 62a of the first rotational lifting/lowering member 62 can press the top of the vertical guide projection 46 of the fixing member 40, and the fixing member 40 can move the moving member vertical 34 of the discharge device 30 and the operation discharge pipe 36 coupled to a lower side of the vertical displacement member 34 downward. [0122] In this case, since the operation discharge ring 37 of the discharge device 30 is in close contact with the inner periphery of the cylinder 31, only the operation discharge pipe 36 can be moved downward to generate a spacing between the operation discharge pipe 36 and the operation discharge ring 37, so that a discharge passage for the contents can be generated. [0123] Then, when the push button 100 is continuously pressed, a lower end of the vertical displacement member 34 of the discharge device 30 can press the operation discharge ring 37, so that a volume inside of the cylinder 31 can be reduced when the operation discharge ring 37 moves downward together with the operation discharge pipe 36. Therefore, the suction valve plate 32 can close the suction port. suction of contents 31a by discharge pressure in the cylinder 31, and simultaneously, the contents temporarily stored in the cylinder 31 can be discharged between the operation discharge pipe 36 and the operation discharge ring 37 to pass to through the first content discharge passage 42 of the clamp member 40, the second content discharge passage 64c of the second rotational raising/lowering member 64, and the third content discharge passage 82a of the dump 80 so as to be discharged outside through the discharge port 86 of the discharge part 82. [0124] Then, as shown in Fig. 11, when the pressure of the push button 100 is released, the vertical displacement member 34, the fixing member 40, the first rotation raising/lowering member 62, and the push button 100 can move upwards integrally with each other due to the elasticity of the elastic member 35, and the operation discharge pipe 36 coupled to the lower side of the member vertical movement 34 can also move upwards. In this case, when the operation discharge pipe 36 pulls the operation discharge ring 37 upward, the clearance between the operation discharge pipe 36 and the operation discharge ring 37 may be blocked, so that the operation discharge pipe 36 and the operation discharge ring 37 can move upwards integrally with each other. Therefore, the volume inside the cylinder 31 can be increased, so that a vacuum can be generated. [0125] Then, the suction valve plate 32 can be lifted by the vacuum generated inside the cylinder 31 to open the content suction port 31a, so that the content housed inside the container filler 14 can be introduced into the cylinder 31 through the content suction port 31a while the pusher plate 18 inserted into the filler container 14 moves towards the discharge device 30. [0126] On the other hand, when the rotation operation cap 50 is rotated clockwise after the cosmetic container is used, as shown in Fig. 3, the entire second lifting/lowering member 64, the lifting/lowering member 70, the unloading member 80, the unloading member moving plate 90, and the push button 100 can be lowered by the first lifting/lowering member rotational lowering 62, so that the first content discharge passage 42 of the clamp 40 and the second content discharge passage 64c of the second rotational raising/lowering member 64 can be blocked. At the same time, when the discharge member moving plate 90 is axially facing an outer wall of the push button 100, the discharge port 82 of the discharge member 80 can be linearly pulled by the displacement plate. discharge member 90 so as to be inserted into the push button 100, and the second content discharge passage 64c of the second rotational up/down member 64 and the third content discharge passage 82a of the discharge 80 can be blocked. [0127] In this case, the guide projection 62a of the first rotational raising/lowering member 62 may be located in the spiral guide groove 26 of the fixing guide member 20, so that the push button 100 cannot not be in a hurry. Further, while the unloading member 80 rotates according to the second rotational lifting/lowering member 64 so as to be lowered, the lifting member 70 is fitted to the fixing member 40 so as to be lowered. without being rotated, so that the discharge port 82 of the discharge member 80 can be hidden behind the blocking part 78 of the raising/lowering member 70.
